摘要
接驳空间指城市交通与超高层综合体的衔接位置,此处发生大量交通行为的停顿与转换。文章从TOD模式与超高层综合体的协同发展切入,明确接驳空间设计的重要性;从历史视角分析接驳空间与城市发展的互动演化过程,梳理出TOD时代超高层综合体接驳空间的新要求,从而确立将散点式接驳空间复合形成动态交互系统的整合思路;按照散点式接驳空间复合维度与方式的不同,总结出三类复合模式,为超高层综合体接驳空间的设计提供参考。
Transitional space refers to the connecting position between urban traffic and super high-rise complex,where a large number of traffic behaviors happen such as pause and transfer.Starting from the synergic development of TOD mode and super high-rise complex,this paper clarifies the importance of transitional space design;by analyzing the interactive evolution process of connecting space and urban development from a historical perspective,this paper sorts out the new requirements of transitional space of super high-rise complex in the era of TOD,so as to establish the scheme of integrating the scattered transitional space into a dynamic interactive system.According to the different integration dimension and integration way of scattered transitional space,three types of integration modes are summarized,which provides a reference for the design of transitional space of super high-rise complex.
