胀形对TC4合金机匣残余应力的影响 被引量:1

Influence of Bulging on Residual Stress of TC4 Alloy Casing

摘要 通过胀形来调控机匣环件的残余应力状态并探究了工艺参数对胀形效果的影响。利用盲孔法对几组TC4环件的残余应力进行了测量。以雷达图、标准差、均值、极差表征了残余应力状态。得出胀形前后环件残余应力分布的变化规律,总结出不同胀形量对于环件残余应力调控的影响规律。使用ABAQUS有限元软件模拟不同胀形量对环件残余应力状态的影响。结果表明,胀形后环件整体的残余应力水平呈下降趋势,各个面的残余应力分布均匀性得到提高,应力集中现象有所缓解。随胀形量增大,残余应力均匀化效果变得越好。但是过大的胀形量也会引入残余应力。 The state of residual stress in the casing ring was regulated by bulging,and the influence of technological parameters on the bulging effect was explored.The residual stresses of several groups of TC4 rings were measured by blind hole method.The residual stress state was characterized by radar chart,standard deviation,mean value and range.The variation law of residual stress distribution of ring parts before and after bulging was obtained,and the influence law of different bulging amount on the regulation of residual stress of ring parts was summarized.ABAQUS finite element software was used to simulate the influence of different bulging quantities on the residual stress state of ring parts.The results show that the residual stress level of the ring decreases,the uniformity of residual stress distribution on each surface is improved,and the stress concentration phenomenon is alleviated.With the increase of bulging amount,the homogenization effect of residual stress becomes better.However,excessive bulging amount will also introduce residual stress.
