摘要
研究和分析了1.2 mm厚度的热成形钢和DP800异种钢电阻点焊接头的失效模式、力学性能和微观组织。结果表明:随着焊接时间和焊接电流的增加,接头失效模式由界面断裂转变为纽扣断裂。接头在热成形钢侧热影响软化区发生纽扣断裂时,接头承载能力大幅增加。热成形钢/DP800异种钢焊接接头由母材、临界热影响区、热影响区、熔核区组成,热成形钢侧临界热影响区组织为铁素体和马氏体,DP800侧临界热影响区组织为马氏体、回火马氏体和铁素体,两者都是焊接接头的软化区域。
The failure mode,mechanical properties and microstructure of resistance spot welded joints of 1.2 mm thick hot formed steel and DP800 dissimilar steel were studied and analyzed.The results show that with the increase of the welding time and welding current,the failure mode of the joint changes from interface fracture to button fracture.When the button fracture occurs in the thermally-affected softening zone at the hot-formed steel side of the joint,the bearing capacity of the joint increases significantly.The welded joint of hot formed steel and DP800 dissimilar steel is composed of base material,critical heat affected zone,heat affected zone and nugget zone.The structure of the critical heat affected zone at hot formed steel side is ferrite and martensite.The structure of critical heat affected zone at DP800 side is martensite,tempered martensite and ferrite,both of which are softened areas of the welded joint.
