摘要
土木工程施工中,建筑物防水一直是个技术难点,不少建筑使用一段时间后在一些关键部位(如屋面、墙体、厨房、卫生间、地下室)经常出现渗漏问题,给生活带来诸多不便。以建筑屋面的渗漏问题为研究对象,具体探讨了土木工程施工中建筑屋面防水技术的应用,并围绕工程案例展开论述,以期可为其他工程提供有价值的、可参考的经验。
In civil engineering construction,building waterproof has always been a technical difficulty.After a period of use,many buildings often have leakage problems in some key parts,such as roof,wall,kitchen,toilet and basement),which brings a lot of inconvenience to life.Taking the leakage of building roof as the object,this paper discusses the application of building roof waterproof technology in civil engineering construction,and discusses the engineering cases,in order to provide valuable and reference experience for other projects.
