新课改视角下中小学教学管理的问题和对策 被引量:2

摘要 在新课改目标的指引下,我国中小学教学管理改革也在不断创新和深入。通过改革不仅能够为我国中小学学校的高质量发展提供保障,还能够提高教学和学习条件,使教学秩序更加有序、教学体系更完善。现阶段,义务教育的供需矛盾不断缓解、教学管理更加多样、教育资源投入更加完善、广大群众的受教育权利得到有效保障。主要从我国新课改的发展历程出发,明确了中小学教学管理的重要意义,并根据现阶段工作中的具体问题提出了优化策略,以期能够为相关研究提供借鉴。 Under the guidance of the new curriculum reform objectives,the reform of teaching management in primary and secondary schools in China is also constantly innovating and deepening.The reform can not only guarantee the high-quality development of primary and secondary schools in China,but also improve the teaching and learning conditions,make the teaching more orderly and improve the teaching system.At present,the contradiction between supply and demand in compulsory education has been alleviated,the teaching management has become more diversified,the input of educational resources has become more perfect,and the masses’right to education has been effectively guaranteed.Based on the development of the new curriculum reform in China,this paper clarifies the importance of teaching management in primary and secondary schools,and puts forward optimization strategies according to the specific problems in the current work,in order to provide reference for relevant research.
