后疫情时代生命教育融入中学心理健康教育的路径

摘要 中学生的心理健康教育问题一直是教育研究的重要方向。生命教育帮助儿童、青少年正确理解生命的含义、价值最终达到自我实现,为孩子的身心健康发展保驾护航,受益终身。基于各国生命教育发展现状,结合新冠疫情现实社会生活背景分析生命教育融入中学心理健康教育的必要性,进一步分析了和我国中学心理健康教育的发展问题,从而探索出完善生命教育相关政策、整合生命教育课程资源、均衡生命教育地区发展、更新生命教育教学模式等实践路径。 The psychological health education for middle school students has always been an important trend of educational research.Life education helps children and adolescents correctly understand the meaning and value of life and ultimately achieve self-realization.It escorts children’s healthy development physically and mentally and benefits them for life.Based on the development status of life education in various countries,this paper analyzed the necessity of integrating life education into mental health education in middle schools in combination with the real social life under the background of COVID-19 pandemic,and further analyzed the development problems of middle school mental health education in China so as to explore practical paths,such as improving the relevant policies of life education,integrating the curriculum resources of life education,balancing the regional development of life education,and updating the teaching mode of life education.
