摘要
树立健康第一的教育理念是落实新时代学校体育高质量发展的重要指示,新发展阶段体教融合具有导向作用,明确学校体育运动对青少年健康成长的意义与价值,促进青少年在体育锻炼中健康成长和健全人格。研究当前学校青少年体育运动损伤干预现状,得出新发展阶段体教融合背景下学校体育运动损伤干预存在联动主体分散、长效机制短、教学环境固化的困境。通过建立“知-信-行”体育运动损伤干预理论模型,探讨学校体育运动损伤干预的实施路径。在未来发展过程中注重转变思想观念,创造发展条件;明确融合目标,落实培养机制;创新教学模式,促进管理体系。
Establishing the educational concept of health first is an important instruction for the high-quality development of school physical education in the new era.Sports education integration in the new development stage plays a guiding role in clarifying the significance and value of school physical education for the healthy growth of teenagers,and promoting the healthy growth and sound personality of teenagers in physical exercise.Research on the current situation of school youth sports injury intervention,and draw a conclusion that under the background of sports education integration in the new development stage,there are difficulties in school sports injury intervention,such as scattered linkage subjects,short long-term mechanism,and solidified teaching environment.Through the establishment of"knowledge-belief-action"sports injury intervention theoretical model,this paper discusses the implementation path of school sports injury intervention.Pay attention to changing ideas and creating development conditions in the future development process;Clarify the integration objectives and implement the training mechanism;Innovate teaching mode and promote management system.
