摘要
W型沸石在缓释肥料、海水提钾盐、工业催化、气体吸附等领域具有潜在的应用价值。以粉煤灰为原料,采用一锅水热法合成了W型沸石,考察了原料配比和反应条件对合成W型沸石的影响。实验结果表明:在KOH溶液浓度为5mol/L、KOH溶液与粉煤灰比值等于2 mL/g、反应时间为24h,反应温度为150℃的条件下,合成的W型沸石纯度和粉煤灰的转化率均最佳。
Zeolite W has potential application value in fields such as slow-release fertilizer,potassium extraction from seawater,industrial catalysis,gas adsorption,etc.Zeolite W was synthesized from fly ash by one pot hydrothermal method.The effects of the ratio of raw materials and reaction conditions on the synthesis of zeolite W were investigated.The experimental results show that the optimal conditions for synthesizing zeolite W are as follows:KOH solution concentration is 5 mol/L,ratio of KOH solution to fly ash is equal to 2 mL/g,reaction time is 24h,and the reaction temperature is 150℃.
