摘要
目的改进介入导管室高值耗材的管理现状,实现耗材管理的规范化、科学化。方法徐州医科大学第二附属医院介入导管室2020年1—5月实行常规人工管理模式,2020年6—12月正式实施医学装备精细化管理,参与研究的工作人员均为7名。比较两种管理模式下,介入导管室的高值耗材盘点时间、缺货次数、漏/错账次数、耗材过期次数、医生对耗材使用满意度及耗材取用失误率。结果实施医学装备精细化管理下,介入导管室的耗材盘点时间、缺货次数、漏/错账次数及耗材过期次数均低于实行人工管理模式,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);医生对耗材管理的满意度从原先的70.09%提升到98.19%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);耗材取用失误率由之前的2.34%降至0.30%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论医学装备精细化管理模式下,信息系统联合专人管理保障了介入导管室高值耗材的数量及质量,实现了高值耗材的可追溯性,保障了医疗安全和医疗质量。
Objective To improve the management status of high-value consumables in interventional catheterization laboratory,and realize the standardization and scientific management of consumables.Methods The interventional catheterization laboratory in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University implemented the conventional manual management mode from January to May 2020.From June to December 2020,the refined management of medical equipment would be officially implemented,involved 7 research staff.The time of inventory of high-value consumables in the interventional catheterization laboratory,the number of out-of-stocks,the number of misse/wrong times,the number of expired consumables,the doctor's satisfaction with the use of consumables and the error rate of consumables in the two management modes were compared.Results Under the implementation of refined management of medical equipment,the inventory time,out-of-stock times,missed/wrong times and consumable expiration times of the interventional catheterization laboratory were lower than those under the manual management mode,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);doctors'satisfaction with consumables management increased from 70.09%to 98.19%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the error rate of consumables was reduced from 2.34%to 0.30%,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Under the refined management mode of medical equipment,the information system combined with special personnel management guarantees the quantity and quality of high-value consumables in the interventional catheterization room,realizes the traceability of high-value consumables,and ensures medical safety and medical quality.
