摘要
文章基于大数据分析技术在工业装置中的应用,针对催化裂化装置报警分析应用、汽油收率应用及催化结焦预测等内容,解决炼油厂复杂加工工艺、高难度操作控制等问题。这充分体现了对数据的分析方向在工业上的应用,从统计分析向预测分析转变,从单领域分析向跨领域转变,从被动分析向主动分析转变,从非实时向实时分析转变,从结构化数据向多元化转变,实现信息化在工业生产中的智能化应用。
In order to solve the problems of complex processing technology and difficult operation control in oil refinery,this paper try to use big data processing technology,analysis of accumulated massive data of catalytic cracking,analysis of alarming,gasoline yield and prediction of catalytic coking.Therefore,it fully reflects the application of data analysis direction in industry,from statistical analysis to predictive analysis,from single-field analysis to cross-field analysis,from passive analysis to active analysis,from non-real-time analysis to real-time analysis,from structured data to diversification.It can realize the intelligent application of informatization in industrial production.
