提高变压吸附制氮气体纯度的技术分析

摘要 氮气在企业安全中得到了广泛应用,氮气的纯度对企业安全具有重要影响。针对变压吸附过程的工艺参数进行提高氮气纯度的实验分析,结果表明,为提高所获得的氮气的纯度,在生产过程中应选择合理的工艺参数,应设定吸附压力为0.7 MPa,进口温度为-5℃,气体流量为200 m~3/h,此时可获得较高纯度的氮气,保证电厂的安全应用。 Nitrogen has a wide range of applications in enterprise safety,and the purity of nitrogen has an important impact on the safety of enterprise safety. The experimental analysis on improving the purity of nitrogen was carried out according to the process parameters of psa process. The results showed that in order to improve the purity of nitrogen obtained,reasonable process parameters should be selected in the production process,such as adsorption pressure 0. 7mpa,inlet temperature-5℃,gas flow 200 m~3/h,and high purity of nitrogen can be obtained. Ensure the safe application of power plant.
