摘要 为获得综合性能优良的沥青温拌剂,开展了复合型温拌剂研究。硬脂酰胺可使沥青高温粘度降低,低温粘度提高。硬脂酰胺-硬脂酸二元复合体系可使沥青这种粘度效应更加显著,但会导致沥青延度降低。机油、菜油和增塑剂都可以使温拌沥青延度恢复到基质沥青水平,但只有增塑剂能保证温拌沥青继续具有高温低粘、低温高粘的性质。硬脂酰胺-硬脂酸-增塑剂三元复合体系,不但可以保持温拌沥青低温高粘和高温低粘,而且温拌沥青的针入度、软化点、延度三大指标均比基质沥青有所改善。 In order to obtain a warm mix with excellent comprehensive properties,we explored the composite asphalt warm mix.Stearamide can reduce the high temperature viscosity of asphalt and increase the low tempera-ture viscosity.The stearamide-stearic acid binary composites can make the viscosity effect more pronounced,but they reduce the ductility of the asphalt.Motor oil,rapeseed oil and plasticizer can all restore the ductility of warm mix asphalt to the level of base asphalt,except that plasticizer can ensure that asphalt warm mix continues to have the properties of low viscosity at the high temperature and high viscosity at the low temperature.Stear-amide-stearic acid-plasticizer ternary composites can maintain warm mix asphalt with high viscosity at the low temperature as well as low viscosity at the high temperature.Besides,the indicators of penetration,softening point and ductility for warm mix asphalt are superior to those of the base asphalt.
