摘要
目的分析健康教育结合心理护理在阴道炎患者中的应用效果。方法选取86例阴道炎患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组43例。对照组实行常规护理,观察组实行健康教育结合心理护理。比较两组患者症状积分、阴道清洁度、生活质量及不良情绪。结果护理后,两组症状积分及阴道清洁度改善优于护理前,且观察组症状积分及阴道清洁度级别均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分均低于护理前,且观察组HAMA评分(16.32±2.63)分、HAMD评分(16.78±2.63)分低于对照组的(20.76±2.89)、(21.53±2.52)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在阴道炎患者护理中,健康教育结合心理护理可改善患者症状,提高阴道清洁度,还可改善患者生活质量,缓解患者不良情绪,同时有助于改善护患关系,具有应用价值。
Objective To analyze the effect of health education combined with psychological nursing in patients with vaginitis.Methods 86 patients with vaginitis were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,43 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received health education combined with psychological nursing.Symptom scores,vaginal cleanliness,quality of life and adverse emotions were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the improvement of symptom score and vaginal cleanliness in the two groups was better than that before nursing,and the symptom score and vaginal cleanliness level in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the scores of HAMA and HAMD in the observation group were(16.32±2.63)and(16.78±2.63)lower than those in the control group(20.76±2.89)and(21.53±2.52).The difference was statistically significant(PV0.05).Conclusion In the nursing of patients with vaginitis,health education combined with psychological nursing can improve patients'symptoms,improve vaginal cleanliness,improve patients'quality of life,relieve patients*bad emotions,and help to improve nursepatient relationship,which has application value.
