摘要
目的探讨妇产科护理中的安全隐患。方法选取70例妇产科患者,按照随机摸球法分为观察组与对照组,各35例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上加用针对性防范护理干预。比较两组风险意识、护理满意度及不良事件发生率。结果两组干预后风险意识评分均有明显提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组相比明显更高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组干预后纽卡斯尔护理满意度量表(NSNS)评分均有明显提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组相比明显更高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良事件发生率为5.71%,明显低于对照组的22.86%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妇产科护理中的安全隐患相对较多,采用针对性防范护理干预,能够增强患者风险意识,提高护理满意度,减少不良事件发生。
Objective To explore the hidden safety hazards in obstetrics and gynecology nursing.Methods 70 patients with gynecology and obstetrics were randomly divided into observation group and control group,35 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given targeted preventive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.Risk awareness,nursing satisfaction and incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The risk awareness scores of the two groups were significantly improved after intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group was significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the Newcastle Nursing Satisfaction Scale(NSNS)scores of the two groups were significantly improved,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group was significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 5.71%,which was significantly lower than 22.86% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion There are relatively many hidden safety hazards in obstetrics and gynecology nursing.The use of targeted preventive nursing intervention can enhance patients*risk awareness,improve nursing satisfaction,and reduce the occurrence of adverse events.
