摘要
在各大高校图书馆建设数字有声资源的背景下,基于阅读吸引力元素理论和LibQUAL+模型构建高校图书馆数字有声资源用户满意度评价指标体系,针对多数高校图书馆共有的数字有声资源平台,以华东理工大学为例,对数字有声资源用户满意度展开调查分析,并借鉴马斯洛需求理论、Kano模型、技术接受模型(TAM)、刺激—机体—反应(SOR)模型,依据各指标代表性题项满意度数值的高低,提出提升用户满意度的对策。
In the context of the construction of digital audio resources in major university libraries,the investigation and analysis of user satisfaction with digital audio resources in university libraries will help improve the service level of digital audio resources in university libraries.Based on the reading appeal element theory and the LibQUAL+TM model,the author constructs a user satisfaction evaluation index system for digital audio resources in university libraries,and conducts a questionnaire survey of users of East China University of Science and Technology based on the digital audio resource platform shared by most university libraries.Borrowing Maslow’s demand theory,Kano model,technology acceptance model(TAM),stimulus-organism-response(SOR)model,according to the satisfaction value of representative items of each index,countermeasures to improve user satisfaction are proposed.
