摘要
以开放大学教师为研究对象,基于已有文献分析,从环境与个体匹配的视角,剖析开放大学教师职业倦怠的影响因素及形成机理。研究发现,开放大学教师职业倦怠是环境因素和个体因素共同作用的结果,如果这两者匹配程度不高,就会导致开放大学教师工作投入度降低、自我效能感下降以及心理契约破裂,进而产生职业倦怠感。
Based on the analysis of existing literature,this paper takes the open university teachers as the research object,from the perspective of environment individual matching,and analyzes the influencing factors and formation mechanism of the open university teachers’job burnout.It is found that the open university teachers’job burnout is the result of the joint action of environmental factors and individual factors.If the two do not match well,it will lead to the decrease of teachers’work engagement and self-efficacy,and the psychological contract breach,which result in job burnout.
