抗除草剂和抗虫的双抗水稻新品系的选育 被引量:1

摘要 培育抗除草剂和抗虫的双抗水稻新品种是适应水稻直播和绿色种植的重要手段。为了培育双抗水稻新品种,本试验首先以携带抗除草剂咪唑乙盐酸基因ALS的粳型显性核不育材料为受体,以分别携带广谱高抗螟虫基因Cry1Ab/Ac、Cry1C和Cry2A的籼稻华恢1号、T1C-19和T2A-1为供体,杂交一次引入抗虫基因;然后,以黄淮稻区的粳稻主栽品种润农11、圣稻22、华粳5为供体,分别杂交一次增加粳稻遗传背景,每次杂交的受体均为杂交种中同时携带抗除草剂和抗螟虫基因的显性核不育材料;最后,挑选农艺性状优良且同时携带抗除草剂和抗螟虫基因的可育杂交单株,连续自交6代,每个自交世代均进行农艺性状和目标基因的选择;最终分别得到2株聚合Cry1Ab/Ac和ALS、Cry1C和ALS、Cry2A和ALS的双抗水稻新品系,均表现出了优良的农艺性状,且除草剂抗性和抗虫性均得到了大幅提升。本试验为黄淮稻区的水稻直播和绿色种植提供了重要的材料基础。 Breeding novel rice varieties with dual resistance to herbicide and insect is an important method to popularize direct seeding and green cultivation of rice.In order to develop novel rice varieties with dual resistance,the first cross was made to introduce three genes(Cry1 Ab/Ac,Cry1 C and Cry2 A) resistant to rice borers respectively into japonica dominant genic male sterile lines carrying ALS allele showing resistance to imidazole hydrochloride.The three genes were derived from indica rice lines Huahui 1,T1 C-19 and T2 A-1,respectively.Next,three crosses were made sequentially to increase the japonica background using three mainstay japonica cultivars in the Huang-Huai rice area(Runnong 11,Shengdao 22 and Huageng 5) as donors respectively,and the dominant genic male sterile hybrids carrying both ALS and one of three resistance genes as receipts.Then,fertile hybrid plants showing desirable agronomic traits and carrying both ALS and one of the three resistance genes were selected,and then were subjected to self-cross for six consecutive generations.In each self-crossing generation,progenies with desirable agronomic traits and target genes were selected.In the end,two novel dual-resistant rice lines carrying Cry1 Ab/Ac and ALS,two carrying Cry1 C and ALS,and two carrying Cry2 A and ALS were obtained.These novel rice lines displayed excellent agronomic traits and larger resistance to herbicide and insect.These novel lines could provide valuable materials for direct seeding and green cultivation of rice in the Huang-Huai rice area.
