摘要
韩国以“科技立国”为战略目标,始终重视科学教育,学生科学素养在国际上名列前茅。韩国2015年修订课程,充分借鉴PISA等国际学业成就度测评结果,指向创意融合型人才的培育。科学课程面向全体学生,旨在培养学生科学思考能力、科学探究能力、科学问题解决能力、科学沟通能力、科学参与和终身学习能力等科学素养。科学课程注重小学、初中、高中的衔接,从领域、核心概念、内容、年级、技能等维度构建了纵贯横通的内容体系,教学和评价中均强化了“(观察)确认问题”“探究(创意)设计和实施”“资料的收集、分析和解释”“数学思考和电脑应用”“模型的开发和使用”“基于证据的讨论和论证以及评价结果导出与沟通”。韩国在数据驱动的科学课程改革、注重创新素养培育的科学教育、彰显衔接融合特色的课程设置等方面,对我国科学教育有借鉴意义。
South Korea takes "building the country through science and technology" as its strategic goal, and attaches importance to science education. As consequence, South Korean students’ scientific literacy ranks among the forefront of the world. South Korea revised their curriculum in 2015, fully referring to PISA and other international academic achievement evaluation results, aiming at the cultivation of creative integration talents. The science course is for all students and aims to cultivate students’ scientific literacy such as scientific thinking ability, scientific inquiry ability, scientific problem-solving ability, scientific communication ability, scientific learning participation and lifelong learning ability. Science curriculum pays attention to the connection between primary, middle and high school, and constructs a content system based on dimensions of field, core concepts, content, grade and skills. The teaching and evaluation have strengthened "(observation) confirmation of problems", "inquiry(creative)design and implementation", "data collection, analysis and interpretation", "mathematical thinking and computer application", "model development and use", "evidence-based discussion and demonstration, and the derivation and communication of evaluation results". South Korean science curriculum has reference significance for China’s science education in the aspects of data-driven science curriculum reform, science education focusing on the cultivation of innovative literacy, and curriculum setting highlighting the characteristics of convergence and integration.
