在地文化在水产品包装设计中的应用——以巢湖银鱼为例

摘要 巢湖银鱼自古以来是我国一道十分珍贵的国宴食材,烹饪后它晶莹剔透,口感爽滑,十分味美。现今,巢湖银鱼在市场上竞争仍然乏力,落后于太湖银鱼等其他品牌。随着长三角经济圈的发展,巢湖银鱼新的机遇出现在眼前,如何将巢湖“天人合一,和谐统一”的在地文化内核运用到巢湖银鱼产品包装上,如何提升巢湖银鱼品牌的影响力就变得愈发重要。本文通过对巢湖银鱼和巢湖在地文化进行分析梳理,对包装设计案例进行分析,探讨如何将巢湖在地文化与巢湖银鱼包装相互结合从而提高巢湖银鱼销量和品牌价值。 Chaohu whitebait has been a very precious food for state banquets in China since ancient times.After cooking,it is crystal clear,smooth and delicious.At present,chaohu whitebait still lacks competition in the market,lagging behind other brands such as Taihu whitebait.With the development of the Yangtze River Delta economic circle,new opportunities for Chaohu Whitebait appear in front of us.How to apply the cultural core of chaohu"unity of nature and man,harmony and unity"to the packaging of Chaohu Whitebait products,and how to enhance the influence of the brand of Chaohu Whitebait becomes more and more important.In this paper,through the analysis of Chaohu whitebait and chaohu local culture,packaging design case analysis,discuss how to combine chaohu local culture and Chaohu whitebait packaging so as to improve the sales volume and brand value of Chaohu whitebait.
