摘要
发酵工程课程是生物技术专业人才培养的一门核心课程。将OBE理念融入发酵工程课程教学过程的各个环节,以产出为导向,重新构建课程目标,进行反向设计教学。对课程内容、教学方式及考核评价体系等多个环节进行改革与探索,持续提高发酵工程教学质量,调动学生的学习积极性和主观能动性,培养学生的应用能力和终身学习能力。
Fermentation engineering course is a core course of biotechnology major.Outcome-based education(OBE)concept was integrated into each link of the teaching process of fermentation engineering,which was oriented by output.We reconstructed the course objectives and conducted reverse designed teaching.The reform and exploration of course contents,teaching methods and assessment system were carried out,so as to improve the teaching quality of fermentation engineering continuously,mobilize students’learning enthusiasm and subjective initiative,and cultivate students’application ability and lifelong learning ability.
