摘要
从需求分析、功能及应用、应用优势、局限性及应对措施方面综述移动医疗在慢性病人群运动康复依从性干预中的研究进展。指出移动医疗技术为慢性病病人运动康复依从性管理提供了良好平台,能提高医疗资源利用率。但存在一些问题,目前研究样本量小,应用人群有限,部分移动设备的安全性能仍然需要进一步优化。今后应扩大样本量、开展多中心随机对照研究等。
The research progress of mobile medicine in exercise rehabilitation compliance intervention in patients with chronic disease was reviewed from the aspects of demand analysis,function and application,application advantages,limitations and countermeasures.It is pointed out that mobile medical technology provides a platform for the compliance management of exercise rehabilitation in patients with chronic diseases,and can improve the utilization rate of medical resources.However,there are some problems.The research sample size is small,the application population is limited,and the security performance of some mobile devices still needs to be further optimized.In the future,the sample size should be expanded,and a multicenter randomized controlled study should be carried out.
