发泡陶瓷隔墙板力学性能研究及其在整体卫生间中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 为确定装配式整体卫生间用发泡陶瓷板材料的基本性能要求,对不同密度、不同厚度的发泡陶瓷板进行了抗压、抗拉、抗弯、吊挂力等力学性能试验,结果表明:密度为430kg/m^(3)、厚度不小于80mm的发泡陶瓷板可满足建筑墙板力学性能安全要求,在发泡陶瓷板上进行开槽或钻孔作业应进行补强并尽量避开板中心部位。对发泡陶瓷板整体卫生间建筑构造进行了解析和介绍,供广大工程技术人员参考借鉴。 In order to determine the basic performance requirements of the foam ceramic board materials for the assembled bathroom unit, a series of mechanic properties, such as the compression and tensile strength, the ability to bend and hoisting of foamed ceramic board at varied density and thickness are tested. The results show that foam ceramic board with density of 430 kg/m^(3) and thickness of no less than 80 mm can satisfy the safety requirements of the building wall panel. In addition, slotting or drilling operation on the foam ceramic plate should be compensated and avoided from the central position of the plate as far as possible. The construction of the assembled bathroom unit of foam ceramic board is introduced and analyzed, which can be used for reference by the majority of engineering technicians.
