摘要
建立了固定污染源排放废气中的醛、酮类化合物的测定方法。用酸性2,4-二硝基苯肼(DNPH)吸收液采集废气样品,并发生衍生化反应,生成2,4-二硝基苯腙类化合物,用溶剂萃取后,经高效液相色谱分离检测。加标回收率在64.6%~109%之间,当采样体积20 L时,方法的检出限为0.005~0.010 mg/m^(3)。可用于固定污染源废气中12种醛、酮类污染物的检测。
A determination method for aldehyde and ketone compounds in the waste gas from an emission of a stationary source was established.The waste gas was collected by aqueous acidic 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine,which can introduce the derivative reaction to produce the 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazones.Its derivative was extracted,and then analyzed by using high performance liquid chromatography.The recovery ranged from 64.6% to 109%.The detection limit for 20 L sample was 0.005 mg/m^(3) to 0.010 mg/m3.This method could determine 12 kinds of aldehydes and ketones in the waste gas from an emission of a stationary source.
