低介电烯丙基聚砜改性双马来酰亚胺树脂复合材料的性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 将羧基氟化聚砜(PSF-COOH)作为表面处理剂,通过物理包覆结合热处理实现了对玻璃纤维(GF)的表面修饰。然后,以羧基氟化聚砜修饰的玻璃纤维(m-GF)为增强相,双马来酰亚胺(BMI)树脂为基体,制备了一系列不同比例的烯丙基氟化聚砜(PSF-DBA)增韧改性的双马来酰亚胺复合材料(m-GF/BMI/PSF-DBA)。利用傅立叶红外光谱(FTIR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、动态热机械分析(DMA)、热重分析(TGA)、万能试验机和数字电桥LCR测试仪对其结构和性能进行了详细分析。结果表明,经PSF-COOH处理的玻璃纤维与双马来酰亚胺基体有良好的界面相容性。所有样品的初始分解温度均大于440℃,具有良好的热稳定性。随着PSF-DBA含量的增加,复合材料层压板的弯曲强度和弯曲模量逐渐增加,在PSF-DBA含量为5%时,复合材料的韧性最佳。氟化聚砜的加入可以降低复合材料的介电常数,在1 kHz时,复合材料的介电常数最低,为3.2。 Carboxyl fluorinated polysulfone(PSF-COOH)was used as surface grafting agent, and glass fibers(GF)were successfully surface modified with PSF-COOH via surface coating combined with the heat-treatment process.Then, modified glass fibers/bismaleimide-allyl fluorinated polysulfone(m-GF/BMI-PSF-DBA)composites with different PSF-DBA loading were prepared by using m-GF as strengthening phase and BMI as matrix.The structure and properties were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FTIR),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),dynamic mechanical spectrometer(DMA),thermogravimetric analysis(TGA)and digital bridge LCR tester, et al.The results show that the m-GF has good interfacial compatibility with BMI matrix.The initial decomposition temperature of all samples are greater than 440 ℃,showing good thermal stability.With the increase of the contents of allyl fluorinated polysulfone, the bending strength and modulus of the composites laminates gradually increase.When the allyl fluorinated polysulfone content is 5%,the toughness of the composite laminates is the best.Fluorinated polysulfone could reduce the dielectric constant of the composites, and the lowest dielectric constant of the composites is 3.2 at 1 kHz.
