黄河三角洲水资源承载力与生产力布局协调关系研究 被引量:2

摘要 黄河三角洲先天本底条件和后天发展状况决定了黄河三角洲区域属于贫水区。介绍了黄河三角洲地区山东省东营市市域水资源量及其时空分布特点,总结分析了水资源开发利用概况和约束条件。依据2010—2021年相关统计规划资料和部分研究成果,进一步明确了东营市域的生产力布局特征、水资源承载力状况以及生产力布局与水资源的协调关系,指出了东营市当前生产力布局与水资源承载力之间所存在的突出矛盾和问题,提出了今后一段时期内基于水资源集约节约利用的优化生产力布局的策略和建议。 The innate background conditions and acquired development conditions of the Yellow River Delta determine that the Yellow River Delta region is a water-poor area. We briefly introduce the quantity of water resources and their spatial-temporal distribution characteristics of Dongying in the Yellow River Delta region, and summarize and analyze the general situation of water resources development and utilization and its constraint conditions. According to the relevant statistics from 2010 to 2021, planning data and some research results, we further define the characteristics of the distribution of productive forces, the water capacity, and the coordination and adaptation relationship between the distribution of productive forces and water capacity in Dongying. Finally, we pointed out the prominent contradictions and problems between the distribution of productive forces and water capacity, and put forward strategies and suggestions for optimizing the distribution of productive forces based on the intensive and economical utilization of water resources in the future.
