摘要
中国和俄罗斯能源贸易涵盖了石油、天然气、煤炭等多种能源产品,在中国能源进口和俄罗斯能源出口中均占有重要地位。俄乌冲突爆发给全球能源市场带来了较大冲击,也使得中国能源价格上涨、中俄能源贸易不稳定性增加,并影响着中俄能源贸易的内容和方式。应积极跟踪监测俄乌冲突背景下的国际能源市场变化,对中俄能源贸易可能遇到的问题早做准备,并通过围绕俄乌冲突保持与各方的协调沟通、根据时局变化调整中俄能源贸易内容和方式、加强对国际能源价格的研判和预警等措施,保障中俄能源贸易正常开展和中国能源安全。
The energy trade between China and Russia covers oil,natural gas,coal and other energy products,and plays an important role in China’s energy imports and Russia’s energy exports.The outbreak of the Russia-Ukraine conflict has brought a great impact on the global energy market,which has also made China’s energy prices rise,increased the uncertainties of Sino-Russian energy trade,and affected the content and mode of Sino-Russian energy trade.We should actively track and monitor the changes in the international energy market under the background of the Russia-Ukraine conflict,make early preparations for the problems that may be encountered in Sino-Russia energy trade,and ensure the normal development of Sino-Russia energy trade and China’s energy security by maintaining coordination and communication with all parties around the Russia-Ukraine conflict,adjusting the content and mode of Sino-Russia energy trade according to the changes in the current situation,and strengthening the research,judgment and early warning of international energy prices.
