可调节式混凝土外墙PVC套管施工技术

摘要 针对常规预埋混凝土外墙套管作业方式的局限性,从实践中总结提炼,创新介绍了一种可调节式的混凝土外墙PVC套管施工技术。在对其结构特点、工艺原理、工艺流程及现场应用等方面进行重点介绍的基础上,阐述了外墙PVC套管长度、位置调节施工技术的功能和特点。工程实例证明,利用该技术进行预埋套管作业,解决了外墙套管位置偏差大、孔洞易被外墙保温层和抹灰层封堵、外墙套管处收口不圆以及套管处渗水等施工问题,实施效果良好。 In view of the limitations of the conventional embedded concrete external wall casing operation, an adjustable concrete external wall PVC casing construction technology is innovatively summarized and refined from practice and introduced. Based on the introduction of the structural characteristics, process principle, process flow and on application,the functions and characteristics of the construction technology of adjusting the length and position of PVC casing on external wall are expounded. The engineering examples show that, using this technology to carry out the embedded casing operation solves the construction problems that the position deviation of the external wall casing is large, holes are easy to be blocked by the outer wall insulation layer and plastering layer, the closing of the outer wall casing is not round,and water seepage occurs at the casing. The implementation effect is good.
