摘要
随着城市的快速发展,老旧小区成为城市更新的重点。如何将城市中已建的老旧小区改造成符合新时代气息的新小区,同时又能解决老旧小区排水能力差、小区空间拥挤的问题,已是这个时代的新话题。城市的海绵化改造的理念则完美地解决了小区的环境优化问题及老旧小区痼疾。目前老旧小区海绵化改造还处于创新及摸索阶段。基于此,探讨了小区海绵化改造的思路,并概述小区海绵化改造的实施管理途径。
With the rapid development of the city, old residential areas have become the focus of urban renewal. How to transform the old residential quarters built in the city into new ones in line with the flavor of the new era, and at the same time solve the problems of poor drainage capacity and crowded space in the old residential quarters, has become a new topic in this era. The idea of sponge transformation of the city perfectly solves the problem of environmental optimization and incurable problems of old residential areas. At present, the sponge transformation of old residential areas is still in the stage of innovation and exploration. Based on this, the idea of community sponge transformation is discussed, and the implementation and management ways of community sponge transformation is summarized.
