摘要
为解决炼油厂渣油的延迟焦化高温处理工艺过程中的泡沫问题,采用含氢硅油、烯丙基聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚为主剂,在氯铂酸的催化下制备了一种以混合聚醚改性聚硅氧烷为主体的低含硅高效消泡剂,并进行了产品的评价实验。结果表明,相比市售消泡剂,混合聚醚硅油消泡剂在加注浓度20 mg/L时,30 s时泡沫即完全消除,且具有较低的含硅量,可以在渣油延迟焦化过程中有效控制泡沫。
In order to solve the foam problem in the high temperature process of delayed coking process of the refinery residual,using hydrogen-containing silicone oil and allyl polyoxyethylene polyoxyethylene ether as the main agents,under the catalysis of chloroplatinic acid,a low silicon content and high efficiency defoamer agent with mixed polyether modified polysiloxane as the main body was prepared.An evaluation experiment was carried out on the prepared defoamer agent.The results show that the developed mixed polyether silicone oil defoamer has more efficient defoaming performance and lower silicon content compared with commercially available defoaming agent at a concentration of 20 mg/L,and can be used as an effective foam control reagent in the delayed coking process of residual oil.
