摘要
目的:探讨复方氯己定含漱液联合替硝唑在牙周病治疗中的临床疗效。方法:将100例牙周病患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组予以口服替硝唑,观察组在对照组的基础上予以含漱复方氯己定含漱液,疗程均为4周,观察临床疗效、牙周指数、龈沟液相关炎性因子及视觉模拟评分(VAS)、口腔健康影响程度量表-14(OHIP-14)评分等情况。结果:观察组临床总有效率高于对照组;探诊深度、龈沟出血指数、菌斑指数、附着丧失程度、龈沟液相关炎性因子水平和OHIP-14、VAS评分均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:复方氯己定含漱液联合替硝唑可改善牙周病患者牙周指数及龈沟液相关炎性因子水平,值得临床进一步探究。
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of compound chlorhexidine gargle combined with tinidazole in the treatment of periodontal disease.Methods:One hundred patients with periodontal disease were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group with 50 cases each.The control group was given oral tinidazole while the observation group was treated with compound chlorhexidine gargle besides tinidazole,and the treatment was lasted for 4 weeks.Clinical efficacy,periodontal index,inflammatory factor levels in gingival crevicular fluid,visual analog scale(VAS)scores and oral health impact profile-14(OHIP-14)scores were observed.Results:The clinical efficacy was higher,the level of probing depth,sulcus bleeding index,attachment loss and inflammatory factor levels in gingival crevicular fluid,and the scores of VAS and OHIP-14 were lower in the observation group than the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Compound chlorhexidine gargle combined with tinidazole can improve the periodontal index and the levels of gingival crevicular fluid-related inflammatory factors in patients with periodontal disease and is worthy of further clinical trials.
