摘要
以聚丙二醇(PPG)、N,N’-羰基二咪唑(CDI)及N-苯基-3-氨基丙基三甲氧基硅烷为原料,合成了硅烷改性聚醚聚合物。研究了反应温度、投料比等条件对聚醚扩链反应效果的影响,并筛选出较优的反应条件。研究结果表明:在90℃反应温度下,当n(CDI)∶n(PPG)=1.4∶1时,聚醚与CDI扩链反应效果较好,所制得的硅烷改性聚醚树脂的性能优异。采用自制树脂制得的MS密封胶具有广泛的基材粘接性,力学性能出众,同时拥有较低的拉伸模量及优秀的断裂伸长率,在低模量装配式建筑、家装防水等行业显示出巨大应用前景。
Silane-modified polyether polymer was synthesized from polypropylene glycol(PPG),N,N’-carbonyldiimidazole(CDI) and N-phenyl-3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane as raw materials. The effects of reaction temperature,feed ratio and other conditions on polyether chain extension reaction were studied,and the optimum reaction conditions were selected. The research results showed that at the reaction temperature of 90 ℃,when n(CDI)∶n(PPG)=1.4∶1,the chain extension reaction effect of polyether and CDI was good,and the prepared silane-modified polyether resin had excellent performance. MS sealant prepared by the self-made resin had a wide range of substrate bonding property,excellent mechanical property,low tensile modulus and excellent elongation at break,which showed great application prospects in low modulus prefabricated building,home decoration and waterproof industries.
