镍顶吹炉熔炼渣工艺矿物学研究

A study on process mineralogy of smelting slag from the nickel top-blown furnace

摘要 以甘肃某镍冶炼厂顶吹炉熔炼渣为研究对象,通过化学多元素分析、扫描电镜、MLA(矿物解离度测定仪)等测试分析方法,对该冶炼渣的化学组成、主要矿物嵌布特征和渣中含铜镍矿物的单体解离度等工艺矿物学性质进行了详细研究。结果表明,渣中有价金属主要包括铁、镍、铜,其质量分数分别为33.97%、1.81%、0.69%。铁主要赋存在铁镁橄榄石中,与玻璃相形成镍渣基底;镍铜主要赋存在铜镍铁硫化物中,多形成大小不一的不规则粒状金属硫化物集合体分布在硅酸盐矿物颗粒间。铁、镍、铜有较高回收价值,可以综合回收。 The smelting slag of a nickel smelter in Gansu Province was used as raw material to carry out a detailed study on process mineralogical properties of the smelting slag, such as chemical composition, distribution characteristics of main minerals, and the monomer dissociation degree of copper-nickel minerals, by using chemical multi-element analysis,scanning electron microscopy, and the MLA(Mineral dissociation tester). The results show that the slag contains valuable metals including iron, nickel, and copper with their grades of 33.97%, 1.81%, and 0.69%, respectively. Iron occurred mainly in ferromagnesium olivine which formed a nickel slag substrate with glass phase. Nickel and copper mainly occurred in Cu-Ni-Fe sulfides in forms of various sized irregular granular metallic sulfide aggregates distributed among silicate mineral grains. Iron, nickel, and copper have relatively high recovery value and can be recovered comprehensively.
