摘要
当前我国高校图书馆已普遍利用微信公众平台开展信息服务。适时构建高校图书馆微信服务质量评价体系,有助于推进高校图书馆微信服务工作的高质量发展。在借鉴现有研究成果基础上,以“全评价”分析框架为理论指导,参考LibQUAL+~?评价模型,科学选取评价指标,运用层次分析法从形式、内容、效用三大维度构建高校图书馆微信服务质量评价指标体系。并选取19个样本公众号进行实证研究,证明该评价体系的科学性和有效性,为高校图书馆微信服务质量的提升提供有价值的参考。
At present, university libraries in China have widely used WeChat public platform to carry out information services. The timely construction of a university library WeChat service quality evaluation system will help promote the high-quality development of university library WeChat services. On the basis of drawing on the existing research results, taking the Academic Full Evaluation System(AFES)as the theoretical guidance, referring to the LibQUAL+evaluation model, scientifically selecting evaluation indicators, and using analytic hierarchy process, the paper builds an evaluation index system of WeChat service quality of university libraries from three dimensions: form, content, and utility. And 19 sample public accounts were selected for empirical research, proving the scientificity and effectiveness of the evaluation system, and providing a valuable reference for improving the quality of WeChat services in university libraries.
