摘要
鸭疫里默氏杆菌作为影响我国乃至世界家鸭养殖业的重要细菌性病原体之一,因抗生素长期使用等多个因素使耐药菌株的检出率逐年上升。其耐药机制主要包括外排泵的外排,细胞膜通透性的改变,基因突变、灭活酶或钝化酶的产生、修饰酶的产生等。本文依据近年来国内外学者研究报道,就鸭疫里默氏杆菌如何对抗菌药物产生耐药性进行总结论述。
Riemerella anatipestifer is one of the important bacterial pathogens affecting the duck industry in China and even the world.In recent years,the occurrence of drug resistant strains of R.anatipestifer has been increasing year by year because of the long-term use of antibiotics and other factors.The resistance mechanisms of R.anatipestifer mainly include the effl ux of effl ux pump,change of membrane permeability,gene mutation,induction of inactivated enzyme or modifi ed enzyme,and production of processing enzyme.Based on the research reports by many scholars in recent years,this paper summarizes and discusses the resistance mechanisms of R.anatipestifer.
