摘要
基于计算机辅助工程技术,对一款新开发的风机设备进行流固耦合分析。介绍了建模、网格处理、材料属性设置、工况及载荷边界条件设置,通过仿真计算得到切面流速云图、切面压力云图、风道出口流速、叶片表面压力云图,以及整机结构应力云图和位移云图。通过计算机辅助工程,可以减少试验物理样机试制,缩短研发周期,降低研发成本。
Based on CAE technology, the fluid-structure coupling analysis of a newly developed wind turbine generator device was carried out.The modeling, mesh processing, material property setting, working condition and load boundary condition setting were introduced.The tangential flow velocity cloud chart, the tangential pressure cloud chart, the air duct outlet velocity, the blade surface pressure cloud chart, as well as the structural stress cloud chart and displacement cloud chart of the whole machine were obtained through simulation calculation.Through CAE, the cycle period of trial production of prototype for physical test and the lead-time and cost for R&D can be reduced.
