摘要
农业全产业链数字化转型是从全产业链视角持续深化改革和创新的高级模式,其过程既是低端农业劳动力向非农产业转移、高端技术人才向农业领域输送的过程,也是农业及其邻近产业突破传统生产方式实现升级换代的动态过程,更是形成包容农业融合发展新业态的环境和氛围的过程。目前,随着物联网、大数据、区块链、人工智能、第五代移动通信网络、智慧气象等现代信息技术在农业领域的应用,各地区在农业全产业链数字化、乡村数字化治理、电子商务等领域获得了长足的发展。农业全产业链数字化为解决“小农户”与“大市场”之间的矛盾提供了可能,充分利用数字经济等新技术新业态,为农业经济“双循环”提供新动能,推动数字经济与实体经济深度融合是践行乡村振兴战略的重要环节,对提升农业经济高质量发展具有重要的现实意义。
The digital transformation of the whole agricultural industry chain is an advanced mode of continuous deepening reform and innovation from the perspective of the whole industrial chain. The process is not only the transfer of low-end agricultural labor to non-agricultural industries, but also the transportation of high-end technical talents to the agricultural field. It is also a dynamic process for agriculture and its adjacent industries to break through the traditional mode of production and realize upgrading. It is also a process of forming an environment and atmosphere for inclusive agricultural integration and development.At present, with the application of modern information technology in the field of agriculture, such as the Internet of Things, big data, block-chain, artificial intelligence, the fifth generation mobile communication network, and smart meteorology, all regions have made great progress in the digitization of the whole agricultural industry chain, rural digital governance, e-commerce and other fields. The digitization of the whole agricultural industry chain provides the possibility to solve the contradiction between“small farmers”and“big market”. Making full use of new technologies and new formats such as digital economy, providing new kinetic energy for the“double cycle”of agricultural economy, and promoting the deep integration of digital economy and real economy are important links in the practice of rural revitalization strategy, which has important practical significance for improving the high-quality development of agricultural economy.
