摘要
针对煤矿巡检机器人充电方式受井下爆炸环境限制安全要求较高的特点,提出一种风力充电方法,设计了以煤矿井下压缩空气为动力的机器人风力充电站装置,充电站采用PLC控制,输出稳定风速带动风力发电机转动进行发电;设计了以单片机为核心的镍氢电池充电电路,采用同步整流方式降低电路功耗;巡检机器人搭载的发电机与风力充电站叶轮间通过尼龙鼓型齿轮可靠对接;巡检机器人与充电站通过无线进行信息交换,实现机器人自动充电控制。实验表明该方法技术可行,具有安全性好、成本低、效率高等优点,值得推广应用。
Aiming at the characteristics that the charging mode of the coal mine inspection robot is restricted by the underground explosion environment and has high safety requirements,a wind charging method is proposed,wind charging station device is designed powered by compressed air.The charging station is controlled by PLC,and the output wind speed drives the wind turbine to rotate to generate electricity;a Ni-MH battery charging circuit is designd with microcontroller as the core and adopted the synchronous rectification method to reduce power consumption;Nylon drum gears is used for reliable connection between the generator mounted on the inspection robot and the impeller of the wind charging station.The inspection robot and the charging station is exchanged information wirelessly to realize the automatic charging control of the robot.Experiments show that the method is technically feasible,has the advantages of good safety,low cost and high efficiency,and is worthy of popularization and application.
