摘要
采用高效液相色谱法,以甲醇-水(体积比75:25)为流动相,使用Thermo Scientific Acclaim120 C为填料的不锈钢色谱柱和DAD检测器,在230 nm波长下对供试物中的噻呋酰胺和己唑醇进行分离和定量分析。该分析方法条件下,噻呋酰胺和己唑醇线性相关系数R^(2)分别为0.9998和1.0000,标准偏差分别为0.05和0.04,变异系数分别为0.35%和0.28%,平均回收率分别为100.0%和100.1%,不同实验室间的检测结果符合性良好,该方法适用于生产和监管环节中对噻呋酰胺和己唑醇复配制剂中有效成分的质量检测。
Thifluamide and hexaconazole were separated and quantitatively analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography using methanol-water(75:25)as mobile phase,Thermo Scientific Acclaim^(TM) 120 C_(18) column and DAD detector at 230 nm.Under the described condition,the method was found to obtain the linear correlation coefficients R^(2) of 0.999 and 1.000,the standard deviations of 0.05 and 0.04,the variation coefficients of 0.35%and 0.28%,and the average recoveries of 100.0%and 100.1%for thifluamide and hexaconazole,respectively.The detection results from different laboratories were in good agreement.This method was shown to be suitable for the determination of the active ingredients in the co-formulated products containing thifluamide and hexaconazole for the purposes of quality control and enforcement.
