摘要
基于在主沟钢壳外侧加装水冷装置的方案,在鑫创630m^(3)高炉进行了工业试验,并进行了数值模拟,以探讨延长主沟寿命的机理。工业试验结果表明,主沟加装水冷装置后,主沟单次通铁量由72000t提高到118000t,服役周期由60d提高到98d。数值模拟结果表明,水冷装置对主沟耐火材料内部温度分布的影响,由低温区域逐步向高温区域发展,使高温区域的范围受到抑制,限制了高温渣铁向耐火材料内的渗透,减缓了主沟的冲刷侵蚀和化学侵蚀。
A commercial test is made at Xinchuang 630 m^(3)BF by installing a water cooling device on the outer side of the main runner stel casing,accompanied by a numerical simulation simulation to study the mechanism of prolonging the service life of the main runner.The test resuls show that the water coling device makes the throughput capacity of the main runner increase from 72000t to 118000t before relining,and prolong the service life of the main runner from 60 days to 98 days.The numerical simulation reveals that the influence of the water cooling device on the temperature distribution inside the main runner refractory material develops from the low temperature area to the high temperature area gradually,which constrains the range of the high temperature area,restrains the penetration of high temperature slag and hot metal into the refractory material,and slows down the erosion and chemical corrosion of the main runner.
