摘要
探索性创新、开发性创新均能促进国际创业企业成长,但受到行业特征影响,国际创业企业的创新策略随之不同。基于权变、优序融资、委托代理、技术跨越等理论,本文从创新创业、国际商务领域主流学术刊物中遴选出与探索性创新、开发性创新、国际创业企业成长以及行业特征有关的29个独立样本作为研究对象,运用元分析研究方法,以探索性创新、开发性创新为自变量,以行业国际竞争力、行业融资依赖程度、行业科技强度为调节变量,以国际创业企业成长为因变量。研究结论是:高国际竞争力行业、内部融资依赖行业中的国际创业企业更适合采用探索性创新;低国际竞争力行业、外部融资依赖行业中的国际创业企业或仅更适合采用开发性创新;行业科技强度对于创新策略影响国际创业企业的调节作用显著。研究结论对于不同行业中国际创业企业的创新策略选择具有一定的指导作用。
Both exploratory innovation and exploitative innovation can promote the growth of international entrepreneurial enterprises,but affected by industry characteristics,the innovation strategies of international entrepreneurial enterprises are different accordingly.Based on contingency theory,pecking order theory,principal-agent theory and technological leapfrogging theory,we selected 29 independent samples related to exploratory innovation,exploitative innovation,international enterprise growth,and industry characteristics from mainstream academic journals in the field of innovation and entrepreneurship and international business as research objects.Using meta-analysis research method,exploratory innovation and exploitative innovation are taken as independent variables,the international competitiveness of the industry,the degree of industry financing dependence,and the industry s technological strength are taken as moderator variables,and the growth of international entrepreneurial enterprises is taken as the dependent variable.The main conclusions are drawn as follows.International start-ups in the industries with high international competitiveness and the industries with internal financing dependence are more suitable for exploratory innovation;International start-ups in industries with low international competitiveness and dependence on external financing are more suitable for exploitable innovation.Industry technology intensity has a significant moderating effect on the impact of innovation strategies on international start-ups.The conclusions have a certain guiding role for the innovation strategy selection of international start-ups in different industries.
