摘要
本研究重点分析了关键核心技术专利的特征,在此基础上建立关键核心技术专利价值评价体系,并依据不同领域的关键核心技术的特征,研究提出不同领域的关键核心技术专利评估方法,该方法对关键核心技术专利市场价值评估具有方法指导和参考意义。此外,通过案例研究分析,明确评估方法和评估参数选取等难点问题,为关键核心技术专利市场价值评估实践提供参考。
This study focuses on analyzing the characteristics of key core technology patents.on this basis,establish a patent value evaluation system for key core technologies,and according to the characteristics of key core technologies in different fields,it research and propose key core technology patents evaluation methods in different fields.It has methodological guidance and reference significance for the evaluation of the market value of key core technology patents.In addition,through case study analysis,difficult issues such as evaluation methods and selection of evaluation parameters are clarified,providing reference for the practice of evaluating the market value of key core technology patents.
