基于层次分析法的生态环境评价研究——以安徽省舜盛矿山为例 被引量:2

Ecological Environment Evaluation Research Based on Hierarchical Analysis Method——Taking Shunsheng Mine in Anhui Province as an Example

摘要 环境现状的调查与评价是环境科学研究中的重要内容,如何在环境现状评估中加强其实践性和科学性是值得探讨的问题。以安徽省舜盛矿山为生态现状调查区域,采用层次分析法分析了矿山生态环境特性,建立适合矿山生态环境特点的规范化评价模型,以探究层次分析法运用于环境影响评价的理论与实践经验。结果表明:露天开采致破坏了矿区地表土层及植被遭受,增加了次生灾害隐患和水土流失量;矿区内人类工程活动主要为采石修路,不存在引起水质变化的污染源;矿区生态系统整体结构尚完整,但生物多样性较低。总体来看,应根据该矿区本身的特点和造成的生态环境影响制定保护措施,该矿区生态现状评价体系中地表水水质、空气和土壤环境质量等指标权重较大,生态恢复时应有所侧重。 The investigation and evaluation of environmental status is an important element in environmental science research.How to strengthen its practicality and scientificity in the evaluation of the current state of the environment is a problem worth exploring.Taking the Shunsheng Mine in Anhui Province as the ecological status investigation area,the analytic hierarchy process was used to analyze the characteristics of the ecological environment of the mine,and a standardized evaluation model suitable for the characteristics of the ecological environment of the mine was established to explore the theory and practical experience of the application of the analytic hierarchy process in environmental impact assessment.The results show that the surface soil and vegetation in the mine areas have been damaged by opencast working,which increases the potential for secondary disasters and soil erosion;human engineering activities in the mine areas are mainly quarrying and road construction,and there are no pollution sources that cause changes in water quality;the overall structure of the mine ecosystem is still intact,but the biodiversity is low.Overall,protection measures should be formulated according to the characteristics of the mine areas and the impact on the ecological environment.The indicators of surface water quality,air and soil environmental quality in the evaluation system of the ecological status of the mine areas have a greater weight,which should be emphasized during ecological restoration.
