摘要
针对重庆某高架站台公共区域设计蒸发冷却通风降温系统,在机组出厂前对系统的送风量、降温效果以及风管温升情况进行测试。结果表明,当风机频率在40 Hz时,直接蒸发冷却效率平均值为93.7%,可达到4.8℃的温降,从机组出风口到各送风口存在0.1~1.2℃的温升。最后对系统中存在的一些问题提出改进措施,使该系统具有更好的应用效果。
The evaporative cooling ventilation system for the public area of one elevated platform in Chongqing is designed, and the air volume, cooling effect and temperature rise of the air duct are tested before the unit leaves the factory. The results show that when the fan frequency is 40 Hz, the average direct evaporative cooling efficiency is 93.7%, which can reach a temperature drop of 4.8 ℃, and there is a 0.1-1.2 ℃ temperature rise from the air outlet of the unit to each air supply outlet. Finally, some improvement measures are proposed according to the existing problems in the system, so that the system has a better application effect.
