复方甘蔗叶提取物对痤疮相关致病菌抑制作用及其祛痘面膜工艺的研究 被引量:1

摘要 探讨以甘蔗叶为主,复配苦丁茶、夏枯草、肉桂叶提取液对痤疮的主要相关致病菌(痤疮丙酸杆菌、表皮葡萄球菌和金黄色葡萄球菌)的抑制作用并制备一款祛痘贴面面膜。通过微量肉汤稀释法分别测定复方甘蔗叶提取物对痤疮丙酸杆菌、表皮葡萄球菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC),评价复方甘蔗叶提取物对痤疮相关致病菌的抑制作用。采用单因素考察法、正交试验法优化复方甘蔗叶面膜基质卡波姆、甘油、羟乙基纤维素配比,并添加皮肤调理剂、保湿剂和抗氧化剂等,制备一款治疗痤疮的贴面面膜,进行质量检测。复方甘蔗叶提取物对痤疮丙酸杆菌ATCC11827、表皮葡萄球菌ATCC12228、金黄色葡萄球菌ATCC25923的MIC分别为 25,6.25,24 mg/mL,具有一定的抑菌作用;面膜基质最优工艺配比为0.3%卡波姆、0.2%羟乙基纤维素、9%甘油,该复方甘蔗叶面膜液质量符合标准。 The inhibitory effects of the extract of sugarcane leaves combined with that of Kudingcha,Prunella vulgaris and Cinnamomum cassia leaves on the main acne-related pathogens (Propionibacterium acnes,Staphylococcus epidermidis and Staphylococcus aureus) were investigated,and a mask for the treatment of acne was prepared by optimizing the ratio of mask base solution through orthogonal experiments and by adding skin conditioners,moisturizers and antioxidants.The minimum inhibitory concentrations (MIC) of compound sugarcane leaf extracts against Propionibacterium acnes,Staphylococcus epidermidis and Staphylococcus aureus were determined by microdilution method and plate medium,respectively,to evaluate the inhibitory effects of compound sugarcane leaf extracts on acne-related pathogens.The matrix ratio of compound sugarcane leaf mask was optimized by single factor method and orthogonal test method,and the quality was tested.The MIC values of compound sugarcane leaf extract against Propionibacterium acnes ATCC11827,Staphylococcus epidermidis ATCC12228,and Staphylococcus aureus ATCC25923 were 25,6.25 and 24 mg/mL,respectively.The optimized matrix ratio of facial mask solution of compound sugarcane leaf extract was 0.3% carbomer,0.2% hydroxyethyl cellulose and 9% glycerol.The compound sugarcane leaf extract has certain inhibitory effect on acne-related pathogens (Propionibacterium acnes,Staphylococcus epidermidis and Staphylococcus aureus) in vitro,and this inhibitory effect is related to concentration.The compound sugarcane leaf mask solution meets the standards.
