摘要
科技是文化成为产业的必要条件,历史上科技创新推动文化产业发展出现过多次高峰。新一代信息技术条件下,文化的数据化和基因化可推动文化产业的解构与重构,完成文化产业由“共生”“生态”形态向虚实共生的复杂网络化形态转变。从科技与文化的关系入手,梳理新一代信息技术对文化的作用机制,可具体分析文化与科技的融合效能和产业与科技的融合范围。基于融合范围和场景,可构建新一代信息技术与文化产业在全生命周期中的融合图谱,并在数据、业务和服务三个层面形成以融合为特征的新型文化产业形态。
Technology is necessary for culture to become an industry,and the development of cultural industry promoted by scientific and technological innovation has reached many peaks in history.Under the development of the new generation information technology,the data and elements of culture can promote the deconstruction and reconstruction of the cultural industry and complete the transformation of the cultural industry from the simple form of “symbiosis” and “ecology” to the complex network form of symbiosis both in the virtual world and the real world.Starting with the relationship between technology and culture,by analyzing the new generation information technology’s mechanism of action on culture,this paper researches the integration efficiency of culture and technology and the integration scope of industry and technology,describes the integration spectrum of the new generation information technology and culture industry in the whole life cycle,and finally puts forward a new cultural industry form by the integration at three levels of data,business and service.
