汽车前置保险杠材料造型与安全性比较研究 被引量:5

摘要 当下乘用车市场发展迅猛,汽车保有量随之增长,使出行更便捷的同时,也令更好的节能性、环保性、安全性成为现代汽车发展的新议题。而汽车保险杠轻量化设计是减少环境污染、提升产品节能性和环保性的有效途径,已成为当下可持续发展的重要汽车研究方向。本文通过对多种品牌汽车保险杠的材料、加工工艺和保险杠造型设计进行分析,并通过数据测算,探讨了保险杠的轻量化与这三方面因素的关系。加工工艺的进步在很大程度上影响保险杠的造型设计,而保险杠造型设计的轻量化可直接影响到汽车低速行驶过程中的安全性、节能性。从传统的压制、注射加工,到现如今数字3D打印增量技术的个性化定制、小批量生产的运用,技术的进步促进了产品的更迭,从而实现了整车造型的和谐统一。复合碳纤维材料的成型技术是实现汽车轻量化的有效方式,不仅可提升汽车吸收缓和外界冲击力的性能,更对日后汽车外观的设计改造有指导性作用。 At present,the passenger car market is developing rapidly,and the number of cars also grows accordingly.With the convenience to travel,better energy saving,environmental protection and safety have also been made a new issue in the development of modern automobile.The lightweight design of automobile bumper,an effective way to reduce environmental pollution and improve the energy saving and environmental protection of products,has already been an important automobile research direction for sustainable development.This paper analyzes material use,material processing method and bumper modeling design,and explains the relation between the lightweight of the bumper and the three factors.Advance of the processing method affects the bumper modeling design to a large extent,while the lightweight bumper modeling design can directly influence the safety and energy saving during low-speed driving.From the traditional suppression and injection processing,to the perso-nalized customization of digital 3D printing incremental technology and the application of small batch production,technology development accele-rates the innovation of products,so as to improve the harmonious unity of the vehicle shape.The molding technology of carbon fiber composite material is an effective way to realize the automobile lightweight,which not only improves the vehicle’s ability to absorb and mitigate external impact,but also plays a guiding role in the automobile appearance design and transformation in the future.
