某高校学生面部蠕形螨感染状况与影响因素的调查分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的了解杭州市某高校学生面部蠕形螨感染情况,探讨其感染的相关因素。方法采取整群抽样方法,选择杭州某高校200名学生为研究对象。以透明胶纸法进行学生面部蠕形螨采样;以钉钉问卷方式收集学生相关信息和对本调查的认可度。结果学生面部蠕形螨感染率为30.0%,鼻翼部检出率高于脸颊部和额头(χ^(2)=8.530,P=0.003);二分类Logistic回归分析显示,皮肤肤质为面部蠕形螨感染的独立危险因子(B=1.962),且与睡眠存在交互作用(B=2.436);85.0%的学生认为此次调查对自己有所帮助。结论某高校学生面部蠕形螨感染仍然较为普遍;肤质偏油且经常熬夜者更容易引起面部蠕形螨感染;“检测-自我启发-适当健康教育”的模式对蠕形螨防治具有重要价值;鼻翼部应当作为面部蠕形螨感染取样检测的首选部位。 Objective To investigate the prevalence of facial demodex infection among college students in Hangzhou and explore the related factors.Methods 200 students from a university in Hangzhou were selected by cluster sampling.Facial Demodex mites were collected by the transparent tape method.Dingding questionnaires were used to collect relevant information of students and their recognition of this survey.Results The infection rate of facial demodex was 30.0%,and the detection rate of nasal alar was higher than that of cheek and forehead(χ^(2)=8.530,P=0.003).Binary Logistic regression analysis showed that skin texture was an independent risk factor for facial demodex infection(B=1.962)and interacted with sleep(B=2.436).85.0%of the respondents thought the survey was helpful to them.Conclusions The facial demodex infection of college students is still relatively common.Those with oily skin and often staying up late are more likely to cause facial demodex infection.The model of detection-self-inspiration-appropriate health education is of great value to the education of demodex prevention.The nasal ala should be the preferred site for sampling detection of facial demodex infection.
