摘要
胰腺癌患者常见呃逆嗳气,恶心呕吐,便闭不通等症。方文岩教授认为胰腺癌患者以脾虚为本,痰浊瘀毒为标,气机阻滞,清者不升,浊邪反逆,腑气不通,升降失灵,故见上述症状。治以健脾,通腑,化瘀之法以复升降之常。其中尤重通腑,视其为恢复升降的关键,健脾化瘀之法贯穿治疗始终,能有效缓解患者症状。
Patients with pancreatic cancer have symptoms such as hiccups,belching,nausea and vomiting,abdominal distension,abdominal pain,obstructed stool or diarrhea.Professor Fang Wenyan believes that spleen deficiency is root cause and phlegm turbidity and stasis poison are manifestation,and it blames disturbance in ascending and descending.Treatment is to strengthen the spleen,catharsis and removing blood stasis to restore ascending and descending.Especially catharsis is the key to restore ascending and descending.Therapy of strengthening the spleen and removing blood stasis throughout the treatment,which can effectively alleviate the symptoms of patients.
