摘要
为了进一步挖掘γ-PGA对设施草莓提质增效的作用,以‘津韵1号’草莓为供试材料,以土壤为培养介质,设置5个不同的γ-PGA施用处理,分别为对照、不打农药(T1)、减少农药(T2)、减少肥料(T3)、减少水量(T4),研究日光温室中γ-PGA对草莓果实生长、产量以及品质的影响。结果表明:减少农药、减少肥料、减少水量,配施一定量的γ-PGA,平均单果质量、平均产量、可溶性固形物、可滴定酸、可溶性糖含量均高于对照。T2、T3、T4平均产量分别高出对照10.76%,8.42%,22.40%,可溶性固形物分别提高9.18%,1.02%,5.10%。减少25%的农药使用量,加入3%γ-PGA,能有效的控制蚜虫、红蜘蛛、地老虎等虫害的发生。综上,合理施用γ-PGA有助于促进草莓产量和品质的提升。
In order to further excavate the facilities of γ-PGA, ’Jinyun no1’ strawberry as the test material, with soil as culture medium, set five different γ-PGA treatment, control, no pesticide(T1), reduce pesticide(T2), reduce fertilizer(T3), reduce water(T4),study the solar greenhouse γ-PGA quality effect of strawberry fruit growth, yield and quality. The results showed that by reducing pesticide, fertilizer and water quantity, and applying a certain amount of γ-PGA, the average single fruit weight, average yield per hectare, soluble solid content, titrated acid, soluble sugar content were higher than the control. The average yield per hectare of T2,T3 and T4 was 10.76%, 8.42% and 22.40% higher than the control, respectively, and the soluble solids increased by 9.18%, 1.02% and 5.10%, respectively. Reducing 25% of pesticides and adding 3% γ-PGA could effectively control the occurrence of aphids, red spiders, ground tigers and other pests.In conclusion, the rational application of γ-PGA helps to improve the strawberry yield and quality.
