茯苓多糖对鹦鹉鱼抗氧化、肝功能、非特异性免疫以及消化酶的影响 被引量:8

摘要 为研究添加茯苓多糖对鹦鹉鱼肝功能、抗氧化、非特异性免疫以及肠道消化酶的影响,分别投喂FL0(添加0%茯苓多糖),FL05(添加0.5%茯苓多糖),FL1(添加1%茯苓多糖),FL15(添加1.5%茯苓多糖),FL2(添加2%茯苓多糖)的饲料,每组3个平行,每个平行30尾鱼,试验28 d。结果表明:添加1%茯苓多糖14 d,该试验组鹦鹉鱼肝脏抗氧化指标SOD、T-AOC活力显著高于0 d(P<0.05);肝功能指标A/G值与GPT活力与0 d相比显著降低(P<0.05);肝脏非特异性免疫指标溶菌酶、AKP活力高于0 d,差异不显著(P>0.05),ACP活力显著高于0 d(P<0.05)。添加1%茯苓多糖14 d,该试验组鹦鹉鱼前肠蛋白酶、脂肪酶显著高于0 d(P<0.05)。综上,茯苓多糖可以增强鹦鹉鱼肝功能、抗氧化、非特异性免疫以及肠道消化酶活力,在饲料中添加1%的茯苓多糖投喂14 d效果最佳。 In order to study the effects of Pcos supplemental level on liver function, antioxidant, non-specific immunity and intestinal digestive enzyme of parrot fish. Three parallel groups were fed with 30 fish in each group, included FL0(added 0% Pcos), FL05(added 0.5% Pcos), FL1(added 1% Pcos), FL15(added 1.5% Pcos) and FL2(added 2% Pcos), respectively, for 28 days. The results showed that: the activities of SOD and T-AOC of liver antioxidant indexes in groups supplemented with 1% Pcos were significantly higher than those on days 0(P<0.05);The liver function index A/G value and GPT activity in the group supplemented with Pcos 1% were significantly decreased on day 14 compared with day 0(P<0.05). The activities of liver non-specific immune indexes lysozyme and AKP at 14 d were higher than those at 0 d(P>0.05), but the activity of ACP at 14 d was significantly higher than that at 0 d(P<0.05). The levels of protease and lipase in foregut of Pcos 1% group at 14 d were significantly higher than those at 0 d(P<0.05). In conclusion, Pcos could enhance liver function, antioxidant, non-specific immunity and intestinal digestive enzyme activity of Pcos.The best effect was obtained when feeding with 1% Pcos for 14 days.
